  • Yes. Simply send me an email jo@joclarkcoaching.com and I’ll cancel your subscriptions. You will not be charged the next month. When you choose the monthly option you can choose to cancel at any time and you have access to everything for the entire month you paid for. After this time, you will lose access to the membership site and all of the materials inside and forfeit your current price agreement. You will also be removed from the Facebook group and the weekly membership email list.

    When you choose the annual membership option fee you are on an annual subscription meaning each year you will pay your annual subscription fee. Should you wish to not renew for another 12 months you can simply email me to let you know and you’ll end your annual subscription. NO refunds will given.

  • No problems. It’s impossible to find a time that will suit everyone. Join sessions when you can. Use our free Facebook time to ask questions, get feedback or support.

  • The time commitments for the Spotlight session each month will be roughly one hour if you join live. The time you need to set aside for the goals you are working towards will be different for each person. As you would know, experiencing results comes from consistent daily routines and practices so the time will vary depending upon your goals. It can be as little as a 10-20 minute block each day to begin with.

  • Knowledge is only part of the equation. Real change and transformation is putting knowledge into action. This membership is all about putting things into action.

    This membership is very different to a course. For as long as you remain in the membership, you’ll have access to fresh content that will be added each month. Experts from the pillar areas will be giving you the latest information, ideas and ways you can put things into action.

    This membership is not a substitute for professional care by a doctor or other qualified medical professional so always check with your medical team for further advice before embarking on any lifestyle changes.

  • Firstly, you won’t be alone. There are many women, who for a variety of reasons, are in the same boat. When you join the membership you’ll take a short questionnaire to see what stage you will need to start and what steps are best for you at that stage. You’ll be making great progress in no time!
