This Fulfilment Policy applies to purchases made through the following website: joclarkcoaching.com
By purchasing any digital products, programs, or online training through the website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing
Digital Orders – Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with download links or access credentials. These are typically sent within minutes. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam/junk folder before getting in touch.
Email Accuracy – You’re responsible for providing an accurate email address. I’m not liable for delays caused by incorrect contact details
2. Delivery
Digital Goods – Digital downloads are delivered via email. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, links are available for 365 days. Standard formats include PDF, MP3, and MP4. Please ensure your devices support these file types.
3. Online Training Access
You may need to create an account to access course content. Login details will be emailed to you. Course access duration will be clearly stated at purchase. Requests for extensions may be made in writing and may incur an additional fee.
4. Mentoring and Coaching Programs
Program Cancellation – If you need to cancel a mentoring program, please notify me in writing at least 14 days before your next session or billing date. Cancellations made within 14 days of a session may not be eligible for a refund for that session.
Rescheduling – I understand that life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited.
Program Access – Once a mentoring program has commenced and access to materials or sessions has been provided, the program fee is non-refundable.
5. Membership and Subscriptions
Cancellation – You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting me at jo@joclarkcoaching.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded.
Access – You’ll retain access to membership content until the end of your paid period.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital Products and Courses – Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access to online training, all sales are final. I don’t offer refunds or exchanges once your purchase is complete. When you say yes at checkout, you’re instantly unlocking access to the trainings, downloads, and all the magic inside, and I stand fully by the value it delivers. If you’re unsure or have questions, please reach out before purchasing. I want you to feel completely aligned before saying yes. Refunds are only available if the product is defective, not as described, or as otherwise required by law.
Consumer Rights – Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, US Federal Trade Commission rules, EU Consumer Rights Directive, or equivalent international laws.
EU Digital Waiver – By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge that access is provided immediately and you consent to waive any applicable 14-day withdrawal or cooling-off period under EU law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, training materials, and resources provided remain the intellectual property of Jo Clark Coaching. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

9. Chargebacks and Failed Payments
If a payment is disputed, reversed, or fails, I reserve the right to suspend access to purchased products until the matter is resolved.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected and handled in line with my Privacy Policy, available on my website. By purchasing from me, you consent to my use of your data for order fulfilment and account management, in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
11. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be available on my website, with the effective date clearly shown.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. International customers are responsible for complying with their local laws and import regulations.
